A few existing homes each year, each treated as its own house. The work is personal, careful, and finished for the people who will actually live there.

Full renovations
A whole-home renovation, taken room by room: structure, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and the parts of the home that have to work before they can look finished. One team stays with the house from the first drawings until the day you move back in.
Alterations
Alterations for houses that are already good and worth keeping. New openings, stairs, moved walls, and rooms reshaped so the plan fits how the house is lived in, without taking the whole home apart.

Additions
A room, a storey, or a wing added so it belongs to the house already there. Drawn, permitted, and built to match the existing home before any wall comes down.

Legal basement apartments
Existing basement apartments brought up to code and made legal to live in. Egress, ceiling height, fire separation, a working kitchen and bath, and the permits that turn a non-compliant unit into a proper home.

Garages
Attached or detached garages, rebuilt or added beside the house. Planned for the cars, the storage, and the way you come and go, and finished to the same standard as the rest of the home.
ADUs
An accessory dwelling on a lot that already has a house. A separate, comfortable place for family or a renter, planned so it belongs with the home beside it.
